Shopping spree

May i introduce ? this is our rental car: a Toyota RAV4 (Intermediate SUV)

We did pick up the rental yesterday evening at the airport and then drove to the hotel.

This morning we drove north to Camarillo, to the outlet center there.

After about 5hrs of shopping we decided to drive back to the hotel; just after we found that we had been to all interesting stores. 😉

On the way back, a in-n-out-burger restaurant sprung to my eye and since we were hungry anyways, we stopped there.

After consuming the above food, we went to Canoga Park (on our route, about 30kms northwest of L.A.) to the local best buy, since i was looking for a iphone dashboard holder. I already have one of those, but unfortunately that one is sitting in my car in Karlsruhe and since i bought a navigation app for the iphone for this visit, i thought on using it.

Unfortunately Best Buy had noting of the like on stock. Fortunately the adjourning mall had an apple store which carried the tomtom iphone holder with integrated GPS receiver.

After berating with my weaker self for a bit, i made the purchase. it was a good buy, since i read in the manual that it has an integrated speaker so you can hear the turn-by-turn instructions not only through the car’s stereo. Not only does it have a speaker, but it doubles as a Bluetooth hands free kit (not yet tested).

Then we checked out some more stores at the mall (Abercrombie & Fitch, PacSun, Hollister, …). On our continuing way back we bought some groceries for dinner at a inglewood (!!) Target store.

Okay, see you guys l8r.
